(1)According to customer requirements, we provide customers with professional and reasonable programs and drawings, And provide free technical support in paper-making.
(2)We drop engineers to your site guiding installation and training workers .
(3)Ensure the normal supply of quick-wear parts, and only charge a cost.
(4)Guarantee period starts from the date of acceptance of goods.Guarantee period is 24 months.During the guarantee period,supplier repairs or replaces free of charge due to the manufacturing equipment itself cause quality problem.
(5)During guarantee period,if the equipment breaks down because of quality problem.Supplier should reply online in 1 hour to provide guidance after receive the report of customer.If the problem still cannot be solved,engineer from supplier should reach the user-site.Ordinary troubleshooting time within 12 hours.For major fault,solve the problem as soon as possible according to the degree of damage.But the longest time is within 48 hours(except for special cases).
(6)After guarantee period,supplier drop people revisit to guide the maintenance regularly.
